  • “Bot WA” refers to the WhatsApp automation bot implemented via the Baileys library.
  • “User Account” means the profile you create, identified by email, username, and secured by a password, with status flags for isPremium and isBanned.
  • “Scripts & Functions” denote the code snippets and utility methods provided for Bot WA customization and integration.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To utilize Bot WA features, you must complete the following steps:

  • Register with a valid and active email address.
  • Select a unique username and create a strong password.
  • Verify your email by clicking the confirmation link sent to your inbox.

4. Premium Membership & Bans

  • isPremium: Grants access to advanced scripts, priority support, and exclusive features.
  • isBanned: Indicates suspension of your account due to violations of these Terms or misuse of the service.

5. Usage of Scripts & Functions

You are authorized to integrate and adapt the provided scripts and functions, subject to the following conditions:

  • Usage must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Modifications should not infringe on third-party rights or violate intellectual property laws.
  • Redistribution or commercial use requires explicit written consent from us.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including scripts, functions, trademarks, and designs, are our property or licensed to us. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of Bot WA, including service interruptions or data loss.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
